It?s 45 miles to Dallas city limits, on a paved road with water , electric and phone (including high speed Internet) available. Right now it?s a coastal hay field and the taxes are I believe less than $50 per year due to Agricultural Tax Exemptions that can easily be maintained by letting someone cut the hay and splitting the proceeds. Last year this field produced 210 4x5 round bales at $40 each grossing over $8,000.
